HR Operations Consultant (Junior HR Specialist)

Due to the continuous growth of NATEK we are looking for passionate colleague to join our international team as HR operations consultant. As an IT outsourcing company, NATEK deals with international projects for customers from the Fortune 500 list. We are present in 4 markets: Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Bulgaria.


Working on this position you will be responsible for ensuring HR operations for around 100 employees hired in Poland in the area of: on-/out-boardings, visa process, H&S, employee lifecycle support, cooperation with external company for payroll and personal file management purposes. You will be responsible for support of employees in ticketing tool as well as in online cooperation. You will provide support to HR Project Manager in HR/ Employer Branding initiaties and processes assigned to you individually as education – KFS, HR ticketing tool, benefits etc.

On this position you will work independently, however with the support of great mentor, and you face opportunity to built your HR career on international level. DUTIES

Your responsibilities:

•Providing HR support for consultants performing work at clients’ premises
•Facilitating visa, work permit and work authorization services
•Answering employee requests and questions via internal ticketing tool for HR purposes
•Building and developing good relationship with employees and managers
•Cooperating with external companies - payroll, health and safety at work service provider and others
•Ensuring legal compliance (employment docs, work permits) and cooperating with Service Administration in terms of medical check-ups, health & safety at work trainings
•Assisting with new employee hiring processes and and outboarding/termination processes (validating documents, taking part in induction program, preparting exit documents)
•Maintaing data in HRM system (data update, docs upload)
•Maintaining reports related to attendance, holidays and bonuses
•Assisting with the performance review
•Cooperating with other departments on ensuring HR operations are coherent with the company’s strategy and goals
•Participating in HR projects related to development management, salary ranges, benefits and internal processes adjustments

REQUIREMENTS

What you need to have:
•Higher degree, idally from Human Resources studies and passionate about HR
•At least 2 years of proven HR experience on a similar position in hard or soft HR
•Knowledge of Polish labour code
•Experience with visa process would be additional advantage
•Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
•Fluent English to communicate with employees and various stakeholders
