- FDM handles life cycle tools for supporting client requests
- Routing client requests to the internal teams and providing information back to the client
- Monitoring of the tool stage changes of requests within FDM radar
- Preparation of MIS if needed
- Email communication with client and internal teams
- Creation of custom reports for Account Executive team


- Provide support through other internal tools if needed
- Basic quality check of the client request MDS
- Adhere to the defined SLOs


- Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English,
- Ability to professionally communicate with Clients and senior employees in the company
- Have a proven high level of dedication and commitment
- Should have multitasking capabilities
- Be results-oriented and driven, should be able to navigate internally within the systems and tools to ensure deliverables are met.
- Display a proven ability to work under pressure
- Ability to execute the task assigned with minimal supervision
