•An Accounting Supervisor would be in charge of the process of transferring accounting services into internal structures, and setting up all related processes in the most efficient way

•An accounting Supervisor reports directly to CEO and in dotted line to CFO, in the same time cooperates closely with the whole Board, office management and finance team based in Slovakia.

-Being accountable for correct statutory and financial accounting of all companies forming NATEK group
-Constructing and maintaining a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
-Bookkeeping of statutory accountancy for PL
-Managing accounting vendors in PL, later on also in CZ, SK and BG
-Being responsible for timely closing of accounting books
-Over-seeing preparation of regular monthly, quarterly and annual statutory reports such as Balance sheet,P&L and Cash Flow report, and assuring their compliance with related reports such as turnover, GM, etc
-Over-seeing preparation of consolidated financial statements on monthly, quarterly and annual basis
-Communicating with external auditors and being an advisor to Board on action plans and annual audit scope of reviews
-Being responsible for keeping and maintaining quality information logged in NATEK internal tools, mainly: NSFS (M-Files )

-Constructing Financial Budget based on expected revenues for the year
-Interpreting the company's financial results to management and makes recommendations for improvements
-Compiling key business metrics and report on them to management
-Assisting in the determination of product pricing in relation to features offered and competitor pricing
-Reviewing the performance of competitors and report on key issues to management
-Producing Risk reports
-Producing 3 years business plans

-Interfacing the reporting department, which produce accurate financial reports to specific deadlines
-Working closely with Reporting department and proposes improvements in financial reports in the areas of revenue structure, profit and margin structure, fix costs structure, employee expenses, labor costs
-Creating additional analyses to help management on business decision

-Communicating financial figures with financial institutions and internal / external recipients
-Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organizations.


•5+ years of progressively responsible experience for on similar position in a dynamic environment
•Master’s degree in finance or accounting
•Fluency in English; other language as French or German is a plus
•Commercial and business awareness
•Excellent communication and presentation skills
•Potential to lead and motivate others
•Negotiation skills and the ability to influence others
•Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize
•Ability to work as part of a team and to build strong working relationships
•Knowledge of the IT market is a plus
