It is a great opportunity for an Accounting Manager to develop her/his career in a non-corporate but multi-national environment which core values are partnership, expertise and accountability. The position has been opened due to the migration of accounting services into internal NATEK structures. In this position, you will be in charge of transferring and managing the internal accounting services of NATEK group (PL, SK, CZ and BG). Besides financial bookkeeping and accountancy, Accounting Manager in NATEK will be responsible for creating & managing the team of Independent Accountants, budget construction and representation of the company in front of financial institutions. On the top of that you will manage the finance projects and create processes & procedures for finance department. Accounting Manager reports to CEO and cooperates with Reporting, Operation and Office Management teams.


- Transferring accounting services into internal structures, and setting up all related processes
- The statutory and financial accounting of all companies forming NATEK group
- In cooperation with The Reporting team:
- Preparation of regular statutory reports (Balance sheet, P&L and Cash Flow)
- Cooperation on improvements in financial reports
- Constructing and maintaining a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
- Communicating with external auditors and being an advisor to the Board on action plans and annual audit scope of reviews
- Interpreting the company's financial results to management and making recommendations for improvements
- Constructing financial budget
- Keeping and maintaining quality information in NATEK internal tools
- Assisting in the determination of product pricing
- Managing the team of Independent Accountants


- 5+ years’ experience in international accountancy with the focus on Poland
- Master’s degree in finance or accounting
- Experience with creating processes/workflows, constructing budgets, migration and/or consolidation processes management
- Fluency in English; other language as French or German is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience in team management
- Ability to work as part of a team and to build strong working relationships
- Knowledge of IT market is a plus
