The Sales Director has the responsibility to manage NATEK sales in all countries by defining and expanding NATEK Managed Service business line. It is a great opportunity to commit to the business development and its success. The position has been opened due to the NATEK business growth. Sales Director manages international Sales Team and reports to Head of Business Development. The core responsibility is to develop and execute the overall market strategy in the region.

The objectives of the position are business growth, profitability and customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities

- Service offers defining. Establishment and adjustment of service prices by monitoring of the costs, competition, supply and demand
- Establishment of Sales objectives based on the forecast in each region
- Designs and implements a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
- Sales Team management, recruitment, training, individual development planning
- Maintains control over respective procedures and ensures compliance
- Regular forecasts including revenue, sales growth and more, presentation to the CEO and/or NATEK Board
- Active acquisition of enterprise clients

Our requirements

- 10+ years of experience in sales of IT services and branch management expertise
- A proven track record of acquiring enterprise customers
- Strong experience in the creation of the offers and service lines definition
- Strong leadership, supervisory skills and ability to motivate people
- Experience in communicating and negotiating on C-level
- Ability to focus and prioritize in a fast-growing business environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
- Ambition to constantly develop the career
- Positive, enthusiastic, charismatic
- Fluency in English - native level of languages: British/American English, Swiss German or French is a plus


- Independent position in NATEK structure with real influence on the expansion of NATEK Services
- Work in a flat organizational structure and direct report to NATEK board members
- Work in the ISO International Standards environment, with clearly defined processes
