Job description
As an DevOps engineer, you will be technically responsible for one of the critical systems of infrastructure throughout the whole lifecycle of the system. You will be incorporating new features, integrating new interfacing systems, dealing with capacity, connectivity and automation tasks and even acting as operational support getting the hands-on experience. You shall use your full range of technical, communication, and organizational skills.

Your responsibility will be:
- Automate everything that needs automation
- Infrastructure and Cloud engineering
- IaC architecture & development
- Software development Lifecycle automation & support: ci/cd pipelines, operators
- Develop and maintain infrastructure services as apigw, proxies, idp’s and other
- Scaling, Availability, Recovery, Resilience, Security automation
- Incident resolution, including on-call duties
Your Infrastructure technology stack will be:
- Kubernetes, K8s operators
- Helm
- Gitlab CI
- Golang, python, bash
- Pulumi
- AWS / EKS + a dozen other services
- Flux, argoCD

Our requirements
What we are looking for:
- Passion for software and telecommunication technologies
- Good knowledge of CNCF-Framework (container runtime, cloud native networks)
- Experience in designing / deployment of cloud native applications
- Good knowledge of Git/Bitbucket, Jenkins, Gitlab Pipelines
- Good knowledge of Scripting Python / PowerShell, Shell, Bash
- Technical documentation skills
- DevOps oriented
- The ability to work on your own, with “out of the box” mind set
- English is must, German is strong advantage
- International travel expectancy is 10%.
