· Work within logistics, supply chain management, and production domains to uncover data-driven insights

· Develop, validate, and deploy machine learning models and statistical analyses to solve business problems

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders) to define data science use cases and requirements

· Translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate findings to non-technical audiences

· Design and implement scalable analytical solutions in collaboration with data engineering teams

· Ensure robustness, reproducibility, and performance of models in production environments

· Contribute to best practices in data science, experimentation, and model lifecycle management

· 4–6 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field

· Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, modeling, and automation (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, PySpark)

· Solid understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and experimental design

· Advanced SQL skills for data exploration and feature engineering

· Experience working with modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses)

· Familiarity with data transformation and pipeline concepts (e.g., DBT or similar tools)

· Experience deploying and monitoring models in production environments

· Knowledge of version control systems (Git, GitLab, or GitHub)

· Experience with supply chain, logistics, or retail analytics

· Familiarity with orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Cloud Composer)

· Experience with MLOps practices and CI/CD for machine learning

· Knowledge of SAS (Statistical Analysis System)
