1. Data Migration (Critical – Short Term)

• Analyze the legacy data model (GAP – MySQL)

• Define data mapping between legacy and target systems

• Design and implement data cleansing rules (deduplication, normalization, historization)

• Work with data migration tools (e.g., Tale of Data)

• Prepare and validate migration datasets

• Support migration execution and go-live activities

2. Data Modeling and Governance

• Understand and document business data flows across CRM, ATS, PSA, and HRIS

• Define data ownership and system-of-record principles

• Ensure consistency and integrity of data across systems

• Contribute to the definition and implementation of data governance practices

3. Integration Design and Implementation

• Design data flows between SaaS systems

• Work with APIs, webhooks, and integration tools (e.g., Make)

• Configure, test, and validate integrations

• Collaborate with software vendors to define integration logic

• Troubleshoot data flows and resolve inconsistencies

4. Business Alignment

• Translate business processes into structured data models

• Work closely with the Product Owner and program team

• Ensure that data supports key operational processes such as staffing, timesheets, and billing

5. Reporting and Data Preparation

• Ensure that required data is available and properly structured for reporting

• Contribute to the identification and clarification of reporting needs

• Prepare datasets for future business intelligence and analytics use cases

6. Post Go-Live Data Evolution

• Monitor data quality and integration performance

• Support continuous improvement of data flows and structures

• Contribute to data valorisation initiatives, including analytics and future AI use cases

Technical Skills:

• Proven experience in data migration projects

• Strong understanding of data models and relational databases (MySQL)

• Experience with APIs, webhooks, and integration tools

• Familiarity with ETL and data transformation concepts

• Ability to work within SaaS-based system architectures

• Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI)

Functional Skills:

• Ability to understand and translate business processes into data structures

• Experience in environments with complex workflows (preferably staffing, consulting, or similar industries)
