Job description
Join NATEK as a Data Analyst and help convert diverse clinical study data into reliable, high-quality datasets. Minimum engagement - 6 months.
Location: Warsaw – hybrid (1-2x per week)

Your responsibilities
• Standardise and align data across multiple clinical studies with differing legacy standards and conventions to enable integrated analysis and reporting.
• Identify patterns, inconsistencies, and structural differences across datasets, and translate findings into mapping rules, validation checks, and clear documentation.
• Enhance data FAIRness by improving metadata, lineage, definitions, quality controls, and reuse guidance, proactively addressing gaps in documentation.
• Partner with product, technical, and analytics leads to convert complex business questions into structured data requirements.
• Extract, transform, and reconcile data using Python, SQL, and AWS tools to support insight generation and downstream modelling.
Our requirements
To succeed at this job, you must have:
• 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Proficient in Python and SQL for analysis, validation, and reconciliation.
• Familiarity with AWS-based data environments (e.g., S3, query/processing services).
• Experience in standardizing definitions and mappings across datasets.
• Skilled at identifying patterns and exceptions across multiple datasets.
• Ability to create clear data visualizations and dashboards (Power BI or similar).
• Fluent English
It would be preferred if you have:
• Familiarity with clinical trial standards (CDISC SDTM, ADaM).
• Experience with SAS-formatted clinical data and legacy reporting environments.
• Understanding of clinical study conduct, data flows, and patient privacy principles.
• Exposure to machine learning, AI, and agentic tooling, including LLM-based workflows.
