Job description
CIB ITO Production Security is responsible for implementing and operating cyber-security systems to protect Information Systems (i.e. networks, servers, endpoints), especially in the Production environment.
The team is responsible for multiple IT Security activities:
· Production Security Governance, PMO & Risks
· Network Security and Security Design & Architecture
· Vulnerability & Compliance Management
· IAM Production
· Production CSIRT and Logging & Detection
· Production support of the Security platforms
The PAM Production team is currently looking for one CyberArk security solution expert who is responsible to support the production environment in EMEA and globally and perform evolution of the platforms.
The expert will ensure that the current platforms are up to date, highly resilient, monitored and operated correctly. The knowledge will have to be shared worldwide with our AMER/APAC counterparts and some tasks will have to be digitalized.

Your responsibilities
• Be one of the technical Experts for CYBERARK Privileged Account Management Solution
• Deploy and configure infrastructure according to the globally defined solution
• Coordinate implementation and collaborate with global peers troubleshoot issues.
• Test and validate the implemented solution design and evolution
• Monitor the platform
• Automatize as much as possible things
• Usage of devops pipeline
• Maintain & develop reporting KPI
• Develop & maintain CPM & PSM connector
• Follow-up on sourcing and procurement of required hardware
• Lead technical tasks related to implementation and configuration of SSH Access Control List (ACL)
• Track operational Crocus project activities and report on progress / challenges
• Collaborate with Cyber Security Program Management team, as well as ITO management to report on overall production status
• Answer to auditor
• Manage the relationship with the vendor
• Manage Vulnerabilities Management.
• Maintain the centralization of logs via ELK/Opensearch
Contributing Responsibilities
• Contribute to architecture decisions depending on identified use cases
• Contribute to the Permanent Control framework for implementation of policies and procedures in day-to-day business activities, such as Control Plan
• Contribute to the design and implementation of the CyberArk infrastructure which includes installation and configuration of CyberArk various components (CPM, PSM, PSMP, Vault, PVWA, PTA, ACL, etc..)
• Review and Update Security SOPs / Security architecture diagram
• Comply with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines
• Contribute to the evolution/implementation of Technical Access management procedures
• Contribute to improving the maturity level thanks to understanding the usage of the platforms
• Contribute to improving the KPI/KRI
• Contribute to improving the existing monitoring of the platforms
Our requirements
To succeed at this job, you must have:
• Hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM solution (at least 5 years)
• CYBERARK Defender or Sentry certified
• Used to perform CYBERARK OS & Applicative Upgrades.
• Strong technical expertise in IT Security and IT in general.
• Solid understanding of information security principles, application and infrastructure security technologies, and practices in a global environment.
• High aptitude for troubleshooting, with a background in enterprise IT operations (network, database, windows, UNIX, desktop, applications, security) strongly preferred.
• Experience independently deploying and supporting security solutions in multi-platform environments containing Windows, Solaris, UNIX, and Linux servers as well as network devices like routers and switches
• Solid understanding of protocols, services, and traffic flows for authentication
• Experience with at least one scripting language (PowerShell, Bash, Perl, Python, etc) and usage of API is mandatory
• Excellent communication and advocacy skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to express complex technical issues in an easily understood manner
• Experience working in an international and complex financial environment, dealing with both business constraints and IT users across countries
• Experience with Automation/Devops Tools (e.g. Ansible, Bitbucket etc…)
• Experience with ELK/OpenSearch is recommanded
• Other experiences in IT, preferably IT Production, are appreciated
It would be preferred if you have:
• Knowledge of Database concept (e.g. Oracle, Ingress, Sql security settings such as inc encryption)
• Security qualification such as CISM, CISSP is a plus
