Job description

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager/Account Manager with a telco background and experience in account management or customer-facing roles. In this role, you will work with small US enterprise clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term success.

You will join a team of around 30 Customer Success/Account Managers based in Bratislava and Košice, collaborating in an international environment within a leading global telecommunications organization.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships with customers, delivering excellent service, and leveraging their telco expertise to support client success and growth.

Hybrid work mode: 3 days per week in the office in Bratislava

​Preferred location: Bratislava and near by 

Start date:  immediately or upon agreement

​Work time: 3:00 pm-11:30pm

Your responsibilities

Customer Interaction

• Manage customer communication via phone, email, and online platforms.

• Support enterprise client lifecycle, contract retention, and revenue growth.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Account Management

• Own or co-manage enterprise accounts with a Strategic Account Lead.

• Support new business development, RFP processes, and strategic deals.

Sales & Order Management

• Manage sales tools and track orders from receipt to billing.

• Understand client goals, challenges, and industry trends to offer relevant solutions.

Internal Collaboration

• Work with product, marketing, and support teams to meet client needs.

• Conduct regular business reviews and identify new opportunities.

Client Satisfaction

• Ensure high client satisfaction by resolving issues quickly.

• Share insights and recommendations with senior management.

Continuous Learning

• Continuously improve product and technical knowledge through training and industry resources.

Our requirements

To succeed at this job, you must have:

• Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in Account Management, Project management, Sales or Client Services.

• Telecom experience is required.

• Knowledge of telecommunication products and services (voice, data, internet, cloud services).

• Fluency in English, with proficiency in both verbal and written communication.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships over the phone.

• Strong organizational, time-management, and workload management skills.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure, set priorities, and make quick decisions.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.

• Strong team player with a commitment to excellence and a positive attitude.​
