Job description
Are you studying languages and want to actually use them in a business environment? Do you feel comfortable speaking German or French and want to gain real experience in international sales? This entry‑level role is a great opportunity to combine language skills with business development in an international IT consulting environment. You’ll learn how outbound sales really works, from prospecting and qualification to using modern sales tools and structured outreach processes.
This position is ideally suited for students or graduates of language studies (German or French). People with a call center or customer service background, anyone at the beginning of their sales career who wants to learn by doing.
No prior sales experience is required - we’ll teach you everything you need!

Your responsibilities
• Take an active role in outbound prospecting, with a strong focus on daily phone calls (cold calling), supported by cold emails and LinkedIn outreach
• Contact potential clients by phone, identify decision‑makers, and start business conversations in international markets
• Identify and qualify prospects based on predefined target profiles and basic business needs
• Book meetings for the Sales team, ensuring a clear and structured handover of qualified leads
• Log calls, emails, and results accurately in the CRM system to maintain visibility of outreach activities
• Work with structured calling and outreach sequences, continuously improving call effectiveness and engagement rates
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align calling scripts, messaging, and lead generation strategies
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects, with calling activities as the core driver of results
Our requirements
To succeed at this job, you must have:
• Very good English (spoken & written) - this is our daily working language
• Very good German OR French - at least one of these languages is mandatory
• Comfortable with regular phone calls and speaking to new people in a professional context
• Clear and confident communication skills - especially verbal
• Motivation, persistence, and resilience in a target‑driven, outbound role
• Ability to learn quickly and work with structured scripts, calling sequences, and processes
• Basic understanding of professional / business communication (we don’t expect sales expertise)
• Previous experience in a call centre, customer service or outbound role is a plus, but not required
It would be preferred if you have:
• Interest in sales, business development, or IT industry
• Familiarity with LinkedIn or CRM tools
• Previous experience in outbound calls or customer interactions
