· Providing dedicated support for contracting redlines, reviews of agreements, and the development and implementation of strategies to address pushbacks while ensuring alignment with the company’s processes and objectives.

· Ensuring thorough and effective evaluation of contractual terms and conditions.

· Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with contract agreements.

· Providing recommendations for risk avoidance and reduction.

· 5+ years of contract management experience, including review, analysis, and drafting.

· Experience in large environments and global set-ups

· Background in the pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of GMP

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, with the ability to propose innovative solutions and implement the needs of the CCT Team.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Fluent English and experience in reviewing contracts in English.

· Bachelor's degree in law.

· Experience in Research and Development Agreements, Clinical Trial Agreements, and Research
