Job description

A Content Marketing Specialist contributes to NATEK group Marketing and Communication activities. The purpose of the role will be to increase awareness of NATEK, its services and activities by creating proper content. Content Marketing Specialist is to support Marketing and Communication Manager and Head of Marketing and Communication in relevant marketing and communication activities.

 

Committed to expansion and success of the business, a Content Marketing Specialist is responsible for 

producing effective content which helps our company reach the right audience at the right time, attracting organic traffic to a website and followers and visitors to our social media channels. They are also expected to contribute to the overall concept and ideas within the department, under respective management. 

 

An ideal candidate will demonstrate passion for marketing, communication, especially in a business environment. The core responsibility is to help implement and contribute to further development of communication and marketing strategy by creating, editing, optimizing, and strategizing the direction of a company's content. Their goal is ensuring content—regardless of its form—is interesting, relevant, and discoverable.

 

A successful candidate will have an entry level of experience in marketing / communication projects as content marketer/writer within a corporate or generally business environment, ideally within IT. We are looking for a real team player, with the ability to embrace the diversity of culture and projects within the company. 

 

A Content Marketing Specialist reports directly to Brand Marketing Manager / Communication Team Leader.

A content Marketing Specialist is a creative marketing professional, preferably with a writing background. They are able to develop engaging content to attract and retain customers and candidates. For this position, it’s also essential to be up-to-date with new technologies and relevant market trends.

 

The core task of the role is to expand our company’s digital footprint and brand awareness.

Your responsibilities

  • Translating service information into insightful value propositions for specific target audiences in a form of varied content 
  •  Writing content for our blog, social media, lead magnets, video scripts and other assets, including internal materials
  • Regularly ship helpful content, especially for tech executives and IT specialists, helping us gain subscribers and followers
  • Brainstorm content strategy and contribute ideas on how to produce more content while keeping a high level of quality and impact
  • Collaborating with graphic designer, digital marketing manager and other NATEK staff members to produce high quality content
  • Monitoring, and analysis of competition activities regarding content marketing
  • Track, measure and report on assigned marketing activities; continuously analyze and adjust published content
  • Supporting optimizing content considering SEO and Google Analytics
  • Journalistic research

Our requirements

  • Exceptional command of the English language
  • Impressive writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of our business for various types of content 
  •  Experience in a marketing/content role, ideally within IT industry for B2B audiences
  • An understanding of content marketing principles and newest trends,
  •  Basic understanding of on-site and off-site SEO optimization
  • True team spirit with ability to adjust to diverse styles and needs of the business
  • Good editorial skills
  •  Solid computer skills, including MS Office. Knowledge of marketing software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) and applications, as well as WordPress is a plus
  • Strong creative problem solving skills
  • Extraordinary attention to detail
  • Highly motivated, innovative, reliable, self-driven and result orientated personality with excellent interpersonal skills
