The Communication Coordinator fully supports NATEK Communication activities in Poland, with additionally c.a. 20% workload dedicated to other CEE territories where the company leads its activities. Committed to expansion and success of the business, the Communication Coordinator is responsible for implementation of communication activities on respective market including on-line & off-line job advertising, NATEK’s presence on job fairs and events, digital & social media initiatives, employer branding activities, reporting as well as cooperation with 3rd parties. He or she is also expected to contribute to the overall concept and ideas within the department, under respective management. An ideal candidate will demonstrate passion for marketing & communication, with primary focus on emerging platforms to employee and employer branding. The core responsibility is to help implement and contribute to further development of already created communication strategy in the region, in close cooperation with NATEK’s Recruitment Managers & staff. A successful candidate will have at least junior level experience in marketing / communication projects, ideally containing a digital / social media element. We are looking for a real team player, with the ability to embrace the diversity of culture and projects within the company. The Communication Coordinator reports directly to Communication Manager located in Poland.

Scope of activity: Marketing & CommunicationDigital Media


The Communication Coordinator’s core responsibility is to support and coordinate communication activities across the region and therefore to contribute to further growth to brand recognition and revenue. Furthermore, CC facilitates job advertising on 3rd party platforms. Schedules and monitors advertising budget spent and 3rd party agreements. Coordinates the company’s presence at job fairs and other industry events. Embodies company culture and supports peers in employee engagement activities.Is digital native.

* Help implementing a cross- media marketing strategy that translates NATEK business and marketing goals into meaningful deliverables
* Contribute with ideas to specific internal & external communication activities
* Oversee digital & social media marketing campaigns
* Manage promotion on job portals, job fairs and 3rd party platforms
* Compile reports for management showing results (ROI)


* Minimum 1 years of experience in marketing & digital media related projects (ideally within an IT sector, but not mandatory)
* Advanced English
* Polish native
* Demonstrable passion for marketing & communication, ability to turn passion into specific projects including employer branding within the company
* True team spirit with ability to adjust to diverse styles and needs of the business
* Basic knowledge of communication tools & platforms within the CEE region
* Good editorial skills
* Attentive to details
* Highly motivated, innovative, reliable, self-driven and result orientated personality with excellent interpersonal skills
