• Test, configure, and maintain cloud development tools on Windows client machines including Terraform, HELM, Kubectl, Kustomize, Postman, IntelliJ Community Edition, and JetBrains Resharper.

• Prepare packaging, deployment, and documentation for new releases of development tools following internal processes.

• Manage software licenses ensuring compliance and oversee license administration.

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to tool installation, configuration, and licensing.

• Maintain housekeeping tools and assist with automation pipeline support.

• Collaborate in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams to improve toolchain efficiency.

• Support the company’s digital transformation initiatives towards cloud technology adoption.

• Strong expertise with Windows client operations, including configuration, remote support, networking, and PowerShell scripting.

• Familiarity with installation, configuration, and usage of software development tools such as Terraform, HELM, Kubectl, Kustomize, Postman, IntelliJ, JetBrains Resharper, and Visual Studio.

• Experience preparing software packages, testing, and deployment in line with internal procedures.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software tools and licensing.

• Experience managing software licenses and ensuring usage compliance.

• Programming skills in at least one language and basic database knowledge for tool maintenance and support.

• Understanding of Docker and container technologies.

• Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of German is a plus.

• Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum, Kanban).

• Ability to collaborate effectively with international, cross-location teams.
