Our client in medical industry is undergoing digital transformation of their IT infrastructure. NATEK is supporting client with that transformation in network and cloud area.
The position of Azure Cloud Architect will be part of the Global Hybrid Azure Cloud team and report directly to the Global Azure Cloud Manager of our client. You will drive technical decisions, deployments and enhancements, and quality improvements across Azure cloud solutions.
Additionally you will provide technical leadership during development of applications including design and support application development, integration and operations.

Your responsibilities

Cloud Architecture:
• Work closely with the enterprise architecture team and follow client architecture standards
• Serve as subject matter expert for Azure cloud platform
• Be a major contributor to client cloud roadmap migration
• Assist in the drive for continued development and improvement of the client cloud

Solutions Architecture:
• Following industry best practice develop standards and guidelines for the delivery of application and other cloud solutions
• Heavy involvement to include some hands on activity during solution design and development
• Discuss and agree architectural approaches with all project stakeholders
• Central point of co-ordination for compliance, regulatory and security requirements
• Conduct demo and knowledge sharing sessions for team members and whole company
• Conduct cloud automation code review sessions
• Vendor management

Our requirements

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree Computer Science or Business or a related field or directly related compensatory career experience

Work experience:
• 8+ years in the IT specifically in the Cloud, Infrastructure, and Network discipline
• 4+ years providing technical architecture
• 4+ years direct hands on cloud experience with Azure
• MS Azure cloud experience - hands on and/or architecture
• 4+ years working in large scale global business environments
• Digital Health experience is an advantage

Systems and Technology experience:
• Advanced knowledge of: Azure Cloud Service Providers, AWS will be plus
• Expertise in orchestrating infrastructure & applications (CI/CD) and configuration tools in Azure Cloud
• Strong knowledge of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS from Azure, AWS will be plus
• Strong knowledge of server migration strategies and execution best practices
• Strong knowledge of IT Service Management operating models for infrastructure (ITIL)

Certifications:
Some level of certification but not all certification is required
• AZ 900
• Azure Dev/Ops Engineer
• AWS Sys Ops Engineer
• AWS Dev/Ops Engineer
• Microsoft certifications like MCSA 2016 or newer is a strong plus
• ITIL foundational certification a strong plus
