Change Agent

Job description

We are looking for a Change Agent for a project within banking sector. You will join ServiceNow Product Team responsible for owning the end-to-end delivery of features on the ServiceNow platform in terms of requirements gathering, solution design, and development. You will strive for continuous improvement and promote Scrum Rules and Values in the team.

Your responsibilities

  • Coaching team members in self-management and cross-functionality​
  • Causing removal of impediments towards the Scrum Team’s progress​
  • Helping Product Owner in effective Product Backlog Management​
  • Making sure that all Scrum Events occur and are productive​
  • Driving continuous improvement respecting Scrum Pillars and Values

Our requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Fluent English
  • Knowledge of and experience from change and improvements based on lean and agile methods
  • Experience with process design to ensure optimization
  • Familiarity with task force management
  • Ability to empathetically, effectively, and with an overview lead others through events, meetings, and workshops
  • Technical mindset as the product is of technical nature
  • Previous experience with ITSM (especially ServiceNow) will be an advantage
