Job description

This role sits within a dynamic and innovative IT services organization specializing in advisory, integration, and outcome-driven support for digital transformation. The organization is rapidly expanding in the global pay-per-use and consumption-based services market, delivering solutions that bring a cloud-like experience to on-premises environments worldwide.

As a Growth Capacity Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of additional capacity requests for existing consumption-based service contracts - managing the process from customer request through to order recognition while ensuring full compliance with internal policies. You will also support account teams in managing governance, documentation, and internal submissions required to adapt existing service contracts, including commercial, delivery, and terms-and-conditions changes.

Your responsibilities

• Key Deliverables

- Execution of simple contractual changes from request to order recognition.

- Management of customer growth change requests.

- Creation and maintenance of Salesforce opportunities related to expansions.

• Customer & Account Engagement

- Serve as the key point of contact for customer and account teams regarding additional capacity requests for existing service tiers.

- Support customer account teams in new business engagements, including understanding customer needs, sales strategy, and solution offerings.

- Assist in tracking and monitoring OCA configurations and pricing progress for consumption-based services.

• End-to-End Capacity Expansion Management

- Own the entire lifecycle of customer growth requests – from initial receipt to service and hardware order recognition.

- Understand active consumption-based contracts by technology, location, and involved stakeholders to determine next steps.

- Coordinate with finance, delivery, solution architects, presales, and other internal teams to secure required approvals (e.g., PSR process).

- Maintain accurate documentation of completed capacity expansions and update internal databases.

• Contracting & Documentation

- Create contractual documentation aligned with internal policies and account standards – including simple contract adaptations involving only commercial or technical changes.

- Request and validate legal quotes, discounts, part numbers, and installation costs.

- Obtain lease rate factors and embedded lease schedules; secure required internal signoffs for revenue recognition.

- Upload and maintain all expansion-related documents on internal SharePoint platforms.

• Operational Coordination & Tracking

- Coordinate all communications required to initiate service and hardware order bookings.

- Track expansion request status, identifying and escalating delays in collaboration with the Account Operational Manager.

- Act as an operational interface between Solution Operations, Account Teams, Presales, and Delivery.

- Create and maintain growth opportunities in Salesforce and provide regular forecasting updates.

• Continuous Improvement

- Provide ideas and recommendations to enhance process efficiency and tracking accuracy.

Our requirements

To succeed at this job, you must have:

• Education & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a

related field (or equivalent experience).

- Experience working in technology services, consumption-based service models,

customer operations, or contract management is an advantage.

- Technical Skills

• Proficiency in standard business software tools (Excel, Outlook, Word).

• Basic understanding of Profit & Loss accounting.

• Familiarity with company policy compliance frameworks.
