Business Analyst with SAP EWM

At NATEK, we are currently creating a Virtual Team of experienced Managers and Senior Specialists who will join very sophisticated and selected projects on our Customer’s side (global manufacturer of office products).

We will assign the best project matching your experience and preferences, and together, as Natek Team, we will support Customer to be more competitive.


Your responsibilities

• To Lead and Coordinate implementation, standardize and design EWM solutions
• Defining and managing with the customer scope, budget, timelines and quality, with full responsibility and authority to complete the assigned project using traditional and agile methodologies
• Maintain project plans, anticipates, mitigates and handles project risks and ensures project timelines and budgets are matching initial plans
• Lead project teams/members consisting of internal and external multi-functional, global and virtual groups and directly supervises staff, ensuring the appropriate expectations, principles, structures, tools and responsibilities are in place to deliver the plan and deliver excellence
• Support the Product Owner to manage the backlog and guide the team in balancing the priorities and scope
• Ensure that the project follows established customer’s specific processes

Our requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in SAP IT Project management, ideally in a manufacturing environment, and at least 1 full EWM implementation project delivered
• Solid SCM knowledge and practice
• Strong understanding of the SAP landscape (hands-on experience in SAP Basis and/or AMS support) and service delivery process
• Experience in S/4 Hana migration with large SAP environment as a plus
• Experience in working within global environment, managing suppliers is nice to have
• Experience in building and sustaining customer relationships on a senior level
• People management experience - leadership personality
• Very good negotiation skills, ability to influence others
• Logical and analytical approach
• Business and sales orientation: able to turn customer requirements into workable solutions
• Excellent communication skills
