<p >We are offering a <b>Business Analyst </b>position
for new and challenging project. You will work in a diverse, highly
international environment with ambitious people, working agile, determined to
reach our common goal to meet the unique needs of our customers. We will build
up a new competence area for Customer &amp; Counterparty and you will be
located on site together with approximately 15 new colleagues working with
systems to prevent financial crime. You will be part of a team of developers,
business analysts and testers that will be co-located with you in Gdynia,
furthermore you will cooperate closely with your Nordic colleagues. </p>



<ul><li>Responsible for
creating and capturing requirements, tracking changes, identifying risks and
issues to escalate appropriately, engaging stakeholders to solve problems and
help them to understand project scope </li><li>Be embedded within the
full project life cycle, liaising directly with the business, the developers,
operational teams and testers delivering analysis and support</li><li>Work proactively, in
close cooperation with product owners, to ensure ‘great experience’ in
customers’ interactions</li><li>Provide technical
advice, assistance, collect and share information across the teams</li><li>Drive for continuous
improvements, encourage and lead the change and strive for technical excellence</li><li>Mentor and promote
best practice to other team members</li><li>Experience preferably
with more detailed expertise in the following fields among them: pricing
experience, contracts, statements and other correspondence experience, limit
Mgmt, credit risk experience, origination experience, state machine experience</li></ul>


<ul><li>Bachelor of Science or Master of Science
in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or related subject</li><li>Minimum <b>2-3 years </b>of well-grounded
practice in business analysis area</li><li>Experience in understanding complex
problems and translating them to user stories that can be used for development</li><li>The ability to work as the “glue” between
business and IT</li><li>Knowledge of full cycle of IT systems,
from idea to production</li><li>Strong understanding of Agile software
development from requirements to final quality assurance </li><li>Experience from the financial industry is
a plus, work within risk or compliance areas considered a merit</li><li>Very good English skills</li></ul><ul><li>Some IT background particularly with
