As part of the Billing Dispute team you will be helping the Billing Resolution global department to solve the queries and disputes related to invoicing and contracting. All requests have to be done with accuracy and in a timely manner, establishing and rectifying root cause to prevent recurrence.

DUTIES

• Assist customers (B2B environment) who contact the department via phone or email
• Navigate customer to the correct department in case the global billing resolution department is not able to resolve the problem
• Investigate and resolve billing inquires and billing disputes raised by internal/external customer
• Reviews contracts and service guides
• Validates issues, including validation in the internal billing tools and with interested parties to properly investigate the problem
• Performs work independently and within defined SLA’s for quality, response time and productivity

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong English and Spanish skills, both oral and written (B2 level)
• Since you will be using technology to expedite your work, a degree of computer knowledge is required (MS Office)
• Good communication and negotiation skills – able to ensure customer satisfaction while following internal processes and rules
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple duties and efficiently work in a timely manner
• University education or High School education with leaving exam, preferably in the area of Business, Economics
• Relevant working experience in Billing / Customer service areas represents an advantage

US working hours (2:30 PM - 11 PM)

Salary

Salary starting from 900 EUR gross/month, depending on relevant experience.
