Working in the front office area of the the Billing Resolution global department you will help our client to solve the queries and disputes related to invoicing and contracting. All requests have to be done immediately with accuracy and in a timely manner, establishing and rectifying root cause to the fullest satisfaction of our clients.


• Assisting customers (B2B environment) who contact the department via phone
• Navigating customer to the correct department in case the issue is not related to your service line
• Investigating and resolve billing inquires and billing disputes raised by customers
• Reviewing contracts and service guides
• Validating issues, including validation in the internal billing tools and with interested parties to properly investigate the problem
• Updating both – internal and external customer on weekly basis about the dispute resolution using internal tool
• Escalating internal teams or agents in order to resolve the dispute efficiently and in timely manner
• Performing work independently and within defined SLA’s for quality, response time and productivity


• Strong English and Spanish skills, both oral and written (B2 level)
• MS office package knowledge
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple duties and efficiently work in a timely manner
• Relevant working experience in Billing / Customer service area represents an advantage
• Applicants must hold a valid Slovak working permit or be eligible to work within the EU

US working hours: 2:30 PM - 11 PM
