Job description
At Natek we are looking for a BI Developer to join an international team delivering advanced Business Intelligence solutions for a global banking environment. In this role you willl work on scalable BI platforms that support data-driven decision-making across the organization, providing real-time insights and optimized reporting.
This is a great opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects while working in an Agile setup with frequent releases and continuous improvement.
Location: Hybrid, Warsaw or Cracow (1 day a week in the office)

Your responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and optimize BI solutions to enhance data accessibility and reporting.
• Design and improve dashboards, reports, and data models delivering actionable insights.
• Maintain and optimize existing BI systems (performance, data quality, reliability).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Validate and troubleshoot BI solutions to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Document processes and solutions for knowledge sharing.
• Train and support end-users to drive adoption of BI tools.
Our requirements
To succeed at this job, you must have:
• 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence development (data modelling, ETL/ELT, reporting)
• Strong experience with Oracle Database (SQL, complex queries, optimization, performance tuning, database management)
• Hands-on experience with Power BI (data modelling following best practices, advanced DAX)
• Experience with SSRS (designing paginated reports, parameters, subscriptions, optimization)
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts (ETL/ELT, dimensional modelling, OLAP).
• Experience with Git and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Fluent English (daily communication & documentation).
It would be preferred if you have:
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bitbucket, Artifactory, Ansible).
• Knowledge of containerization/orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Experience with cloud BI platforms (Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift).
