AW365 Engineer supports, maintains and conducts software refresh of the A365 Contact Centre application, server and end user computing client environment. Duties consist of working with customer to offer the best suited design of A365 Contact Centre upon customer requirements. AW365 Engineer will deploy, configure, maintain and monitor all active A365 servers, end user computing clients and network dependencies to ensure smooth A365 contact centre continuance.


• Fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade corporate customer’s networks and in-house servers
• Install and integrate new server applications
• Keep an eye out for needed updates and security patches for server and end user computing clients
• Support and administer third-party applications
• Ensure network security and connectivity
• Monitor performance (availability, utilization and throughput) and test for weaknesses
• Set up and maintain service & SharePoint accounts, permissions and passwords
• L2 & L3 Support
• Define policies and procedures
• Specify system requirements and design solutions
• Research and make recommendations on server and client system administration


• Knowledge of ITIL incident and problem management
• Working with Service Desks and ticketing
• Hands on experience in networking, servers O/S Windows 2012 with server applications Lync 2013, Anywhere365, SharePoint, SQL 2012, XML
• Hands on experience with end user computing clients Windows 7 and Windows 10
• Understanding of SQL server 2012 and operation/maintenance
• Good understanding of O/S updates, application updates, cumulative or feature/functionality, security patches and release management
• Excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of hosted server infrastructure
• Experience with troubleshooting, problem resolution and root cause analysis is desired
• Ability to set up and configure server hardware and end user computing clients
• Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies
• Great at organising, prioritising and multitasking
• English: C1 or higher
