Job description
Join a global pharmaceutical organization operating in a highly regulated and innovation-driven environment. As an Associate Procurement Manager, you will play a key role in leading end-to-end Source to Contract (S2C) projects and acting as a strategic procurement partner for business stakeholders. This position requires strong ownership, the ability to influence decision-making, and confidence in managing complex negotiations and contracting activities in a global environment.

Your responsibilities
• Leading End-to-End Source to Contract (S2C) projects independently
• Managing sourcing events (RFI, RFP, RFQ, e-auctions) and analyzing supplier proposals
• Negotiating commercial terms and contract clauses in cooperation with Legal
• Managing contract renewals and new contract creation
• Building strong relationships with global stakeholders and category teams
• Advising the business on sourcing strategies and contract types
• Identifying risks and ensuring compliance with procurement policies
• Driving process improvements and supporting cost-saving initiatives
Our requirements
To succeed at this job, you must have:
• Excellent English (written and spoken)
• University degree
• Minimum 6 years of experience in procurement or supply chain within a large organization
• Proven End-to-End Source to Contract experience
• Experience working in a global matrix environment
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing complex commercial contracts
• Project management experience and ability to manage multiple initiatives
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proactive, independent mindset with strong ownership
It would be preferred if you have:
• Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, R&D, or clinical environment
• Knowledge of procurement tools (e.g., Jaggaer, Coupa, Ariba)
• Additional European language
