VACANCY DESCRIPTIONInto our ServiceNow solutions team we are looking for a Support specialist and consultant for ITSM tools.
We are using ITSM (ticketing) tool from ServiceNow, one of the biggest market players in this area.
In IT Service Enablement team we utilize industry standard models, agile development methods, well known tools, and reference architectures. More important than certificates from single methods is independent thinking and pragmatic approach to apply industry best practices on daily work.
● creation and maintenance of customer data based on the requests,
● application support of ITSM tool as part of incident and problem management,
● consultations of ITSM tools for external and internal customers,
● seeking for improvements, standardization and automation of routine work.
REQUIREMENTS● communicative and customer oriented colleague,
● who has basic knowledge or awareness of ITSM tools,
● experience or basic knowledge of ITIL processes,
● knows basics of IT infrastructure,
● is able to decide independently and quickly and likes to be member of a team,
● and her/his English is on good level in oral and written.
As an advantage we appriciate if you have:
● experience with ITSM systems (ticketing systems) like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, etc. ● deeper knowledge of ITIL processes or you are ITIL v3 Foundation certified
● experience with CMDB
