You will join a long-term mobile development initiative focused on building and enhancing a modern digital investment platform. The project aims to deliver seamless, secure, and user-friendly mobile experiences while supporting innovative financial solutions through cutting-edge technology.
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Android Developer to join an international engineering team working on a large-scale mobile application. The ideal candidate is passionate about Android development, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and has experience building modern applications using contemporary Android technologies and best practices. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a high-impact product while collaborating with distributed teams in a dynamic and agile environment.
Hiring Process - the selection process consists of:
• Technical interview (approximately 1.5 hours)
• First business interview
• Final interview.

Your responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain native Android applications.
• Implement new features and improve existing functionality.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Ensure application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Contribute to technical discussions, architecture decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Our requirements
To succeed at this job, you must have:
Technical Skills
• Strong commercial experience with Kotlin.
• Solid experience with Kotlin Coroutines.
• Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose.
• Good knowledge of Android Jetpack and Architecture Components.
• Experience working with Gradle Convention Plugins.
• Understanding of Android application architecture and modern development practices.
• Experience with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code.
Soft Skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in distributed international teams.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Attention to detail and commitment to software quality.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
Language Requirements
• English level: B2 or higher, with the ability to communicate effectively within an international team.
