Job description

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager from the telecommunications industry with a technical background to join our client’s Inside Sales team in Bratislava. In this role, you will manage key global B2B clients, ensure smooth service delivery, and identify new business opportunities. This is a client-facing role requiring strong communication skills and good understanding of telecommunication and IT services

Your responsibilities

• Acquire new business opportunities and participate in bidding processes (RFPs)

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

• Manage assigned corporate clients worldwide (across multiple time zones)

• Handle daily communication with customers in a B2B environment

• Prepare pricing offers and review existing pricing models

• Manage MACD pricing models and their updates

• Collect and analyze data, monitor client account activities

• Review contracts and service documentation

• Coordinate internal teams to resolve escalations in a timely and efficient manner

• Manage service disconnects and support service restoration if needed

• Support Mobility projects: outreach to customers and service activation

• Ensure effective use of internal resources

• Prepare reports and support ad-hoc business requirements

Our requirements

To succeed at this job, you must have:

• We’re looking for 5+ years in account management / sales / customer-facing roles

• Excellent English (spoken & written)

• Strong communication, negotiation & problem-solving skills

• Telecom knowledge (voice, data, internet, cloud)

• CCNA/CCNP level knowledge – a plus

• Detail-oriented, proactive, team-player, comfortable working under pressure

• Experience in multicultural environments

• Technical exposure

• Strong technical knowledge of VPN, MPLS, Internet connectivity, Broadband and Dedicated Internet solutions, Networking technologies SD-WAN, AVPN IoT, 5G Billing systems

It would be preferred if you have:

  • CCNA/CCNP level of knowledge would be an advantage
  • Working knowledge of finance and sales is advantage
