Recruitment Team Leader Deputy

Our recruitment team is going to have a new team-mate very soon!

More specifically our team leader is going to have a new team-mate (or family-mate? :)

We are very excited about these news, and at the same time we are looking forward to meet YOU - her maternity replacement :)

Your responsibilities

Your workflow is going to be devided into 3 main fields:

1. People management

You are going to be responsible for 6 up to 7 talented recruiters accros Slovakia and Poland. You are going to:

  • Choose your team members, set up their onboarding and transfer knowledge
  • Set plans and create objectives for the team
  • Organize anual performence reviews and set objectives for  your team
  • Suggest promotions, salary increase
  • Manage administrative function (e.g. attendance, holidays, sick days, home office etc.) of the whole team
  • Motivate your team members to the continual imrovement
  • Report the team results on regural basis
  • Monitor the workload management and utilize your team
  • Provide input for SDM in case of the unsatisfactory performance of an individual
  • Serve as the first point of contact for any legal and administrative matters
  • Serve as an escalation point for the team members as well as the customer

2. Recruitment

As a recruiter you are going to be responsible for hiring management roles. You are going to:

  • Take care of the full life cycle of hiring process (posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
  • Participation in the hiring process, with authority to recommend a candidate to hiring manager
  • Build the relationship and trust with hiring managers

3. Project participation

  • When the new project occures you are going to set up the communication, consult the progession, be the point of contact for customer 
  • Point of contact for external agencies (problem management, consultations regarding candidates etc.)

Our requirements

  • 1-3 years of people management or team leader experience
  • Experience or at least basic understanding of end-to-end hiring process
  • Fluent English in written and spoken form (min. B2 level)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Supportive, open-minded and friendly spirit
  • Opened to new opportunities within your career path
