Data Analyst

Job description

The Data Analyst is responsible for data collection and data analysis, as well as for providing manual and automated reports on regular basis.

The Data Analyst moreover develops more comprehensive processes and reports and performs validation and testing of various models to ensure adequate outcomes.

The Data Analyst maintains the communication with the customer, internal teams and third parties (if applicable) on a regular basis to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities

  • Implement specific requirements to deliver required report/process
  • Manage existing reporting and create ad hoc reports when required
  • Perform analysis on existing and new data sets
  • Perform data gathering and data investigation
  • Perform validation and testing of models to ensure adequacy
  • Reformulate models if needed
  • Design, develop, and manage new reports and dashboards to provide management a view into the company’s performance
  • Ensures timely development and distribution of established periodic reports
  • Maintain the communication with the customer, internal teams, and third parties on a daily basis
  • Identify and highlight issues for management to review
  • Provide feedback on the use of tools, processes, & procedures and identify improvement opportunities within established processes and reporting
  • Provide project reporting to the involved customer, internal teams and Project Manager
  • Provide (sub-project) reporting if need be
  • Ensure deliverables are within customer’s requirement as specified in Statement of Work    
  • Participate on Natek-related events, presenting the company or dedicated accounts

Our requirements

  • Good communication skills
  • Strong organizational and process skills
  • Advanced analytical thinking
  • Proven experience on a similar position within the field

Technical skills: 

  • MS Excel – advanced
  • VBA skills - preferable

Language skills: 

  • English: C1 or higher
  • 3rd language: B2 or higher

 

  • Self-motivated with the ability to analyze various sources in order to create a comprehensive outcome with minimum supervision
  • Goal oriented to meet demanding customer expectations
  • Good knowledge of the telecommunication market is an advantage
  • Ability to work in multicultural environment 
  • Flexible & non-standard working hours may be required
  • On-call support outside of standard working hours may be required
