For NATEK Poland we are looking for IT Analyst, who will be dedicated to a project in the banking industry. You will be responsible for supporting the strategic complex project in requirements gathering and analysis, scope control and supporting communication.

Your responsibilities
- Gathering of IT business requirements, translation into process models, functional and non-functional specifications - Designing solutions presented as user stories, sprint planning and reviews, user acceptance testing, input into the product backlog - Requirements management and collaboration with stakeholders and delivery teams - Support enhancements in ServiceNow platform - Support the IT transition process by other tasks, like data analysis, presentations and reports - Working in a global virtual project team with close daily collaboration with stakeholders
Our requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience as IT Analyst or equivalent role - Knowledge/implementation experience in ServiceNow - Solid understanding of ITIL practices - Experience in testing and test management - Experience in IT Service Management and / or IT Service Transformation - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
