Marketing Specialist

A Marketing Specialist is responsible for the implementation of B2B marketing, promotional activities on all markets relevant for NATEK. Such activities include advertising, NATEK’s presence at industry events and conferences, memberships and partnerships, digital & social media initiatives as well as cooperation with 3rd parties. The objective is to ensure brand recognition of NATEK and its’ services within international, corporate customers.


-Planning, developing and executing marketing activities to establish and maintain a brand presence on the market, deliver awareness, engagement and to generate leads
-Daily management of social media platforms to engage audiences across traditional and new media
-Leveraging of existing relationships and cultivation of new contacts within business and industry media
-Monitoring, analysis, and communication of PR and marketing results on a regular basis and execution of public relations activities
-Evaluation of opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertisements
-Overseeing the services of any 3rd parties related to the role
-Translating service information into insightful value propositions for specific target audiences
-Track, measure, and report on marketing activities and budgets. Analyze all existing campaigns and events online/offline
-Provide copywriting, editorial, design, and production support for publications
-Plan and execute marketing communications activities as required, including online and offline projects
-Support in managing & controlling assigned marketing budget
-Executing internal communication with employees as required


-Proven experience in B2B marketing projects (preferably in the IT industry)
-Fluency in English
-Thorough understanding of marketing elements and market research methods
-Demonstrable passion for marketing & communication, ability to turn passion into specific projects
-True team spirit with the ability to adjust to diverse styles and needs of the business
-Good editorial skills
-Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) and applications
-Interest in IT field
-Strong project management and organizational skills
-Strong creative problem-solving skills
-Extraordinary attention to detail
-Highly motivated, innovative, reliable, self-driven and result oriented personality with excellent interpersonal skills
