Your duties focus on sourcing and headhunting multinational IT talents:Building sourcing strategy for assigned recruitment projectsContacting the candidates all over the world through different sources /Linkedin, Facebook, Github, internal and external databases/Job advertising with in close cooperation with Employer Branding and Marketing specialists
Interviewing:Conducting pre-screen calls and interviewsCoordinating technical testsArranging interviews with Customers and hiring managersCooperating with hiring managers:Learning recruitment needs during sourcing callsPresenting Candidates to achieve win-winNegotiating financials
Onboarding IT specialists:Building relations with CandidatesProviding memorable Candidate ExperienceNegotiating job offers and employment conditionsPreparing employment contracts
At least 1 year of experience on similar position /IT recruitment will be very big plus/Strong interest in IT recruitment fieldVery good communication and organizational skillsHigh self-motivation, positive thinking and never give up attitudeHunger for new experiences and knowledgeAdvanced command of English, enabling communication on a daily basis
