Voice Engineer

Our client in medical industry is undergoing digital transformation of their IT infrastructure. NATEK is supporting client with that transformation in network and cloud area. The position of Voice Engineer will be part of the Global Network Transformation program at our client.

DUTIES

The functional duties of this position include trouble-shooting, remote support, trouble ticket escalation, product upgrades, monitoring and follow-up throughout the resolution cycle for all supported Cisco Unified Communication. This position will be specifically focused on supporting Cisco IPT solutions and additionally SIP infrastructure.

REQUIREMENTS

Support Experience within a large corporate environment, ideally in a remote
environment.
• Experience in supporting Voice infrastructure with focus on the Cisco Unified
Communication Products portfolio – CUCM, CUC, IM&P, UCCX
• Very good understanding of H323 and SIP protocols.
• General telecommunication knowledge and good understanding of LAN / WAN / QOS
technology.
• Experience with: Call Manager Subscriber, Call Recording Secondary, Contact center
Primary, Contact Center Secondary, IM & Presence Primary, IM & Presence Secondary, Phone Book System, TFTP Primary, TFTP Secondary, Voice Mail Primary, Voice Mail Secondrary

Salary

2400 Eur- final salary offer depends on experience and seniority
