Project Manager


We are searching for experienced Project Manager who resides in and is citizen of US. You will be responsible for delivering large technical projects end-to-end for one of the biggest telecommunications companies worldwide.


Project Manager will be the primary point of contact and provide transition support to business units on mission critical infrastructure, leading large projects, requiring technical background in MPLS & IP based technologies as well as iGEMS systems & tools. The Principle-Technical Project Manager will perform a variety of duties to fulfill this role:

•Create and maintain Infrastructure Technology project plans covering the entire project life cycle.
•Manage day-to-day project-related activities for infrastructure in pre-production and production environments.
•Projects include new development projects, and special customer-specific projects.
•Provide regular and timely reports to senior management on project status and risks.
•Manage multiple projects in parallel, setting priorities within each project, and seeking necessary agreement with resource managers on engineering and other needed resources for the projects.
•Oversee all technical & process aspects of technology project including all project control mechanisms such as project reviews, design reviews, specifications reviews, risk management, change control, test and verification planning and service request tracking.
•Actively seek out input from all parties (Project Managers, system engineers, account managers, system architects, resource managers, etc.) to create the project plan, and actively seek agreement from all parties to the plan.


Must have experience in project management, and network operations. Must also have project management experience with very large and complex projects. Strong skills in leadership, negotiation, organization, strategic planning, and problem solving. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills. Working knowledge of the financial/budgeting process. PMP certified preferred.

Desired skills:
Strong working knowledge of large complex IP (MPLS) networks and associated components, e.g. CISCO equipment. Prefer experience with iGEMS GFP-CPE (SMARTS) and SNMP Network Management Systems (NMS).
