VACANCY DESCRIPTION

Service Delivery Manager for SAP is responsible for managing the service delivered by NATEK to the customers on a group level. This person works closely with the delivery teams to ensure the successful and timely delivery of key projects and service management activities for customers.

SDM is committed to the expansion of Delivery Centers and has international growth opportunities. In addition, he/she cooperates closely with experienced NATEK Sales Team on pre-sales activities.

We are looking for an experienced Business Manager with a strong technical background in SAP and proven track record in account management.

DUTIES

Account management

- Acts as a single point of contact for NATEK customers for operation, builds and maintains business relationships.
- Is responsible for business development under given accounts.
- Investigates customer needs and is capable to detect, generate and influence on customer needs.
- Builds forecast of service delivery results.
- Ensures that operations delivered builds trust and brings valuable business partnership for customer.
- Ensures customer satisfaction on highest level.


Delivery Management:

- Creates strategies to maintain, improve and develop service delivery.
- Executes policies, designed to ensure consistently high service performance, monitors employees and evaluates customer feedback to develop quality improvement processes.
- Defines and/or executes Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in relation to contracted services.
- Investigates and shares customer plans and business actions towards sales and other NATEK functions in order to maximize the efficiency of delivery.
- Acts as an expert on operations and standard delivery model to clients.
- Ensures that all contracted services and targeted KPIs and SLAs, provided by NATEK for customers are delivered profitably and met customer expectations.
- Administration tasks related to delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

-4 years of professional experience in similar role
-Proven expertise in managing SAP projects for international clients.
-Strong understanding of the SAP platform (SAP R/3 basis administration), SAP environment and delivery process.
-Experience in building and sustaining customer relationships on a senior level.
-People management experience (within a medium size team).
-Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, proactivity to identify potential problems in customers SAP environment
-Very good negotiation and communication skills, ability to influence others.
-Business and sales orientation: able to turn customer requirements into workable solutions.
-Fluency in English-, other language as French or German is a plus.
-Experience in managing outsourced suppliers nice to have.
-Availability for business trips.
