PMO Specialist

Job description

We are looking for a colleague to support us and join Global PMO Team to drive IT activities. This role requires working within an international team and providing clear leadership and direction to its members. Your responsibilities

•Group work and improvement of our Organizational Change Management Awareness capabilities
•Development and oversee data collection and analysis efforts related to change campaigns
•Coordination of projects, liaise with other client programs and key stakeholders
•Develop, assemble and design senior management information decks
•Tracking, preparing documentation and reporting of program progress

Our requirements

•At least 2 years of experience in project management support within professional services
•Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
•Fluent English
•First experiences with customer projects and creating client ready results
•Capability to deliver work results remotely
