Desktop Support Engineer

Job description

The Senior Desktop Support Engineer provides remote technical support to internal clients. The specialist supports standardized end user technology with a great focus on aligning IT services with the business needs – all based on ITIL best practices. Join our Natek team and be part of the team which provides solutions for banking industry.


Your responsibilities

• Writing standardized scripts to automate support operations • Analysis of system performance; driving remediation activities • Securing effective product deployments by participation in testing and early life support • Investigation of Win10 incidents and problems • Creating new Web API on for our support tools and scripting solutions that use existing support Web API • Keeping all stakeholders informed of your plans, activities and risks you identified

Our requirements

• Excellent support knowledge of Windows NT, Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Edge and Skype • Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues on laptops, desktops, virtual machines • Experience in scripting or programming. Highest value: Angular 5, Web API • Fluent English • Ability to diagnose or resolve complex technical problems
