NATEK CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY POLICY

PREAMBLE

NATEK operates in four countries: Poland, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and Bulgaria. Across these locations, we employ professionals representing more than 21 nationalities – united by a shared commitment to addressing contemporary social and environmental challenges. Guided by a shared sense of belonging and responsibility, we have defined three core pillars of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy, which are fully integrated into our daily operations: Society, Ecology and Education. This Policy reflects NATEK's belief that business success and social responsibility are mutually reinforcing.

1 SCOPE OF APPLICATION

This Policy applies to the entire NATEK Group and ensures that the three CSR Pillars – Society, Ecology and Education – are fully integrated into the company's culture, strategy, and daily operations. It is binding for all Staff Members, regardless of their position, location or form of cooperation with NATEK.

2 PURPOSE

The purpose of this Policy is to ensure that NATEK conducts its business ethically, contributes positively to society, and minimizes its environmental impact. This Policy defines the framework through which NATEK integrates CSR principles into its daily operations and long-term strategy. It reflects our belief that sustainable business growth must go hand in hand with respect for people, the environment, and the communities in which we operate. Through this Policy, we aim to align our organizational goals with broader social and environmental priorities, fostering a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

6 RESPONSIBILITY

This Policy applies to all Staff Members across the NATEK Group, including management, employees, contractors, and suppliers. CSR is a shared responsibility that relies on collaboration across the organization. The Marketing Department, with EB Team, initiates, coordinates, and oversees CSR activities, working with other departments to ensure effective implementation. Management provides strategic support and financial resources, while Staff Members and business partners are encouraged to actively participate, contribute ideas, and support projects benefiting society, the environment, and the broader community. Through these efforts, NATEK fosters a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

7 ACTION

To comply with this Policy, all Staff Members are expected to perform their duties in line with the socially responsible standards defined by NATEK and reflected within its three CSR Pillars: Society, Ecology, and Education. Through this Policy, NATEK reaffirms its commitment to reducing its environmental footprint, enhancing social well-being, and creating a positive impact on all stakeholders. Monitor and evaluate the social and environmental impact of all CSR initiatives to ensure continuous progress and transparency. Each action taken under this Policy contributes to building a more sustainable and inclusive organization.

8 GOVERNANCE & MONITORING

To ensure the effective implementation, transparency, and continuous improvement of CSR activities, NATEK has established clear governance and monitoring practices. The EB Team, within the Marketing Department, is responsible for coordinating CSR initiatives, tracking progress, and maintaining alignment with company strategy and values. The EB Team collaborates closely with other departments and management to ensure that CSR efforts are impactful, measurable, and responsive to both internal and external needs.

To maintain transparency and accountability, the EB Team:

  • reviews CSR objectives and initiatives on an annual basis and presents key outcomes to the NATEK Management Board,
  • tracks participation and impact through internal reporting, surveys, and feedback from Staff Members,
  • evaluates the outcomes of key CSR projects to identify best practices and areas for improvement,
  • ensures proper communication of CSR activities through internal and external channels (e.g., newsletters, Intranet news, NATEK social media channels, and company reports, EB Half-Year Review meetings),
  • monitors compliance with CSR principles across all locations and assesses potential social or environmental risks related to business operations.

To measure the progress and effectiveness of CSR initiatives, NATEK applies both qualitative and quantitative indicators, which may include:

  • participation rates in CSR and volunteering activities,
  • number and diversity of CSR activities conducted annually,
  • feedback and satisfaction levels gathered through internal surveys,
  • reduction of environmental impact achieved through activities,
  • number of partnerships and collaborations established with external organizations,
  • employee engagement metrics related to CSR participation and communication reach.

The EB Team consolidates this data annually to evaluate progress toward CSR objectives, report outcomes to the Management Board, and support continuous improvement of NATEK's CSR strategy. Findings and results from monitoring activities are used to refine CSR strategies and inform NATEK's internal and external reporting.

9 CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

NATEK is committed to continuously enhancing its CSR strategy to ensure it remains relevant, effective, and aligned with evolving social, environmental, and business priorities. The company recognizes that Corporate Social Responsibility is a dynamic process that requires regular reflection, adaptation, and innovation. Therefore, NATEK systematically reviews its CSR approach to identify opportunities for improvement, implement lessons learned, and strengthen its positive impact.

To support this continuous development, NATEK will:

  • regularly analyze feedback from Staff Members, business partners, and community stakeholders to ensure that CSR initiatives address real needs and expectations,
  • review and update CSR objectives, indicators, and programs to reflect internal insights and external trends,
  • encourage Staff Members to propose new ideas and initiatives that contribute to social, ecological, and educational goals,
  • integrate new technologies and best practices that enhance sustainability, inclusivity, and community engagement,
  • share progress, outcomes, and lessons learned internally to inspire ongoing participation and collective responsibility.

Through these efforts, NATEK ensures that its CSR Policy remains a living framework – one that evolves alongside the organization and the communities it serves.
