Once again we'll be present at Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit to share our experiences and knowledge, explore new opportunities for growth and offer various career paths for those who seek professional development in the tech industry.
NATEK Workshop with Marta Kłosowska
A lucky few will get to participate in a special workshop run by our own Marta Kłosowska, Senior IT Service Coordinator, and find an answer to the question: Is there a space for non-tech specialists in a tech world?
Coming from a non-technical background, Marta believes that in a field as dynamic and diverse as IT, a key to open the door to a successful career is having a courage to take risks and staying agile. During the workshop, Marta will share her overview on the role of non-tech professionals in the tech world and their future in the industry. She will also dive into her own story, from 15 years of experience as a project manager in a public sector to working at an IT outsourcing company.
"Participation in Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit is a great opportunity for me to connect with inspiring women from the science and tech industry and exchange each other's experiences - to me, that's the biggest value of collaboration. I am excited about the panel discussions and workshops, which are a chance to see various topics from different perspectives and gain both theoretical and practical knowledge."
NATEK Mentoring sessions with Adrianna Stawska, Alicja Kasprzak and Hanna Dolben
As always, NATEK will also be represented by our experienced and open to cooperate Mentors. During 30 minutes sessions with the mentees, they will share their individual experiences, give tips for successful careers in IT and Tech industries, and answer any other complex questions within their area of expertise.
With over 14 years of professional experience that bridges technology, operations, leadership, and entrepreneurship, Adrianna is passionate about empowering women to thrive in the tech industry —whether they're just starting or ready to lead. Currently serving as Head of Account Management at NATEK, Ada is leading diverse teams and driving strategic growth across multiple client accounts in the IT sector.
"I joined the IT world just three years ago, and it completely changed my life. At the time, I wasn’t sure if it was too late to start over. That’s why being a mentor at WITS feels so meaningful to me. I want to show others, especially women, that it’s never too late to change direction, grow, and succeed in tech. If sharing my experience can inspire even one person to take that first step, it’s more than worth it."
As an experienced SAP consultant with over 7 years in the tech industry, Alicja's career path connects both technical expertise and a strong command of soft skills—demonstrating that success in tech is not limited to coding alone. She specializes in SAP modules focused on real estate and fixed assets, but she’s also known for her ability to quickly get up to speed with unfamiliar areas whenever needed. She’s a strong advocate for stepping outside your comfort zone, trusting your unique strengths, and carving your own path in tech—even if you didn’t start in IT.
"As a first time Mentor at Women in Tech Summit, I am excited to explore this new role and absorb the amazing energy of the event. What I look forward to the most is the exchange of perspectives and knowledge, that can lead to many inspired decisions and ventures. I want to serve as a book of information on SAP related topics, as well as help to guide the professional development of my Mentees. I hope that the 1:1 sessions will turn to be mutually beneficial, and we'll truly feel the "Power of You and Me" in the air!"
With 4 years of experience in data analytics, working at the intersection of technology, customer behavior, and business strategy, Hanna’s role centers around transforming raw data into clear, actionable insights that help organizations grow smarter and become more human-centered. Currently, she designs and manages customer data environments tailored to CRM needs, builds dashboards, and delivers ad-hoc analyses that support sales, marketing, and operational teams. She'll be the source of information for anyone who is curious about pursuing a career in data, growing an analytical mindset, or finding a place in tech.
"Women in Tech Summit is a unique event that truly empowers women in technology – something that aligns with my values and ambitions. As a mentor, I want to share my experience, but also simply be a support for people who are still finding their path, which I know can be a challenging adventure. I think that's the key to an efficient collaboration - creating a safe space to ask questions, test ideas, and develop. I'm excited to be in the center of a place where theory meets practice."
NATEK Stand in the Career Expo area
For the 4th year in a row, NATEK will also be present at the Career Expo area, where our Team Members will be waiting for all the participants to ask us questions about the Company, work in IT, tips for the job interviews, and more! It's also a place where you can engage in a fun activity, which will results in various prizes. All you need is luck, because this year the main attraction will be... visit us and you'll see! ;)
In 2024 at NATEK stand, the participants could play Mrs Pac-Man on an original arcade and win various prizes for their scores.
Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit 2025 – experience IT with NATEK!
We are hopeful that this time even more of you will attend the Summit and get to experience its extraordinary atmosphere.
