Joining at a pivotal moment, Arkadiusz will lead the organization through its next phase of expansion, focusing on strengthening NATEK’s market position, scaling its service capabilities, and driving sustainable growth across Central and Eastern Europe and beyond.
Driving NATEK’s next phase of growth
With more than two decades of international leadership experience, Arkadiusz brings a strong track record of building and scaling organizations. As Vice President at Comarch, he played a key role in the company's international expansion, developing its French operations from the ground up into a thriving organization serving a broad portfolio of enterprise clients, and establishing the company as a recognized player in one of Europe's most demanding markets. His experience in growing businesses across competitive international markets directly supports NATEK’s ambition to expand its footprint and strengthen its position in Europe.
As NATEK advances its new 5‑year strategic plan, including increased investment in capabilities and a stronger technology services offering, Arkadiusz will focus on scaling operations, enhancing delivery excellence, and accelerating business development. His ambition is to drive global growth by strengthening client relationships, expanding into new markets, and translating NATEK’s capabilities into greater commercial impact. His long-term vision is to position NATEK among the best technology and business services companies in Europe, built on three priorities: becoming the employer of choice, delivering outstanding value for clients, and creating sustainable growth for shareholders.
